hi Laruga, gosh, you're brave. they found one in my body and i can't remember if it was in the liver or gall bladder. the liver one would be caused by weight loss; the gallbladder one would be causes by diet. i can't find the medical records, so i can't remember which. but i would be kind of afraid to do your cleanse, because from what i hear, when a stone is big enough to be seen with a sonogram, it means it could be necessary to remove it with laroscopy surgery. so i guess yours were small. i need to read more what you have written about your experience.
cheers,
Arturo

hi Laruga
now i've had a chance to read all you wrote on the subject, and the followup. how interesting. i just don't know if i could do this and balance a career that requires my presence in the office about 11hours per day. i will order the book on Amazon, though, because i agree with why you decided to do the cleanse. maybe i can gleam some nutritional information from the book that i can incorporate into my nutrition.
hugs
Arturo

Hey Auturo,

I totally understand your concern regarding doing the cleanse and working full time. Both of my friends worked full time hours during the week and seemed to do okay.

Working during the prep phase doesn't seem to be a problem. However, on the 6th day evening, and day after, day 7, I would recommend NOT working during this time. Which can be easily done on a Friday evening, taking Saturday off, and even having Sunday to rest if needed, but hasn't been necessary.

All the best and good luck! The book really lays it out well.
